Noah Barker is committed to helping candidates and causes that improve the lives of everyday South Carolinians. He has led and assisted on dozens of electoral campaigns, from successful presidential campaigns and statewide primary campaigns to local city council and school board races. Although Noah has worked in every aspect of a campaign, he specializes in campaign fundraising. In 2022, Noah helped his candidates break fundraising records and outraise their opponents across South Carolina.

When he’s not working on campaigns, Noah is focused on public affairs initiatives, including environmental sustainability, workforce development, vehicle electrification, and federal funding for infrastructure projects. His experience in these spaces has primarily been focused on research and communications work that has amplified the success of his clients.

Noah Barker is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and fervent fan of Gamecock Athletics. He’s also a proud alum of the Palmetto Boys State program where he was elected the 78th Governor of Palmetto Boys State in 2018 and served as a Junior Counselor in 2019. He is a native son of Lugoff and Kershaw County, a fact that he is proud of. He is well known for his ability to slip an anecdote about his hometown into every conversation.
